(72 & 70 days old) B9 spent most the night on the LB, while B8 spent time between the nest & back rail, head scratch 6:45:44am; B9 to nest 6:46:34, to LB 6:47:39, wing flaps 6:48:54; B8 to RB 6:49:17; B9 rouses 6:50:22, moves up LB out of cam view 6:50:37; B8 PS 6:50:55 then flaps wings; B8 to LB 6:51:10; IR light off 6:54:25; B9 to nest 7:34:14, wing flaps & wingercizing, grabs stk & perches on it 7:35:08; B8 to nest 7:35:43; B8 curious about the stick B9 is perched on & B9 starts biting off pieces of it & playing with it; B8 to LB 7:37:54; B's interested in something off nest (P?) 7:38:52; B9 to RB 7:40:05; B8 to nest 7:40:47; B8 plays with B9's stick 7:41:05; B9 jumps back to nest 7:43:44 to reclaim the stick; B8 to Y-nook 7:44:38 then moves up LB; B9 to LB 7:49:00; B9 moves over to RB 7:52:05am; B9 moves up RB out of view 8:23:05; B8 wing flap & squeees 9:20:49 as D(?) arrives via FD w/HUGE fish 9:20:53; B9 pounces on it 9:20:56 & squeees in delight & frustration because she needs it unzipped; D(?) out BD 9:22:18; B9 tugs at fish 9:22:42, then stands on it trying to figure out what to do with it; B9 sees D & starts squeeeing 11:56:51; D in BD w/headless fish #3 11:56:56; d to LB 11:57:59; B8 leaps to LB next to D 11:58:31; B9 rushes across nest to wobbly stick to yell at D 11:59:28; D out 11:59:59; M in BD w/headless fish #4 12:06:16 & B9 rushes her & yells; B9 gets louder & B8 chimes in when M moves a fish 12:07:03; after M catches her breath a bit she starts feeding B9 12:08:06 & B8 comes down to join the 12:08:18; M feeding B9 fast enough to quiet B9 down a bit 12:09:10 while B8 starts self-feeding; B8 tries to steal the fish M has but she keeps control 12:10:05; B8 eating on his own 12:10:38 & M continues to feed B9; B8 PS 12:20:10; B8 to Y-nook 12:20:16; B9 is finished eating & chitters at M 12:25:01 & then runs to Y-nook 12:25:12; B9 PS 12:25:50; B9 leaps to back of nest 12:26:16 as M looks around at the messy nest; D starts eating fish 1:31:06; B8 hops over & gets on LB 1:31:13 & wingercises; a fussing B9 jumps down to nest 1:31:48 to be fed by D; B8 joins them 1:32:15; D out BD 1:38:51 & both kids watch him fly away; B9 to LB 1:40:41 as B8 eats some fish; B9 moves up out of view 1:41:45; B8 to LB 1:45:04 & B9 wings are stretched out over B8; B8 to nest 1:50:49; B9 to nest 2:24:47 & lays down next to B8 2:24:56; kids track something flying 2:40:55; B9 flaps & jumps 2:41:40 & B8 still tracking something; B8 to LB 2:42:30; B9 to Y-nook 2:42:41 then back to nest; B9 to RB 2:43:43; B9 moves out of view on RB 2:44:34; B8 moves out view on LB 2:52:58; D starts picking up pieces of fish from front-left side of nest 3:59:00 & feeding them to B9; D still on side of nest cleaning up crumbs 4:00:23 & climbs back u 4:00:30; D cleaning up side of nest again 4:01:00 (with B9 yelling in his ear); D climbs back up to nest 4:04:11; D picks up fish head & feeds B9 4:04:35; B9 tries self-feeding 4:05:27 then D feeds B9 some more 4:05:56; D to LB 4:07:25 & out 4:07:37; B9 to Y-nook 4:11:06; B9 to nest 4:11:52; B9 hops & flaps up to RB 4:14:43; B9 moves up RB out of view 4:20:33; B8 gets up 4:39:33 & steps up to LB 4:39:52; B8 PS 4:41:08; B8 to nest 5:14:20 & lays down 5:14:30; (don't know when B9 went up LB or when I mixed them up, lol)…B9 to nest 5:29:08 & lays down next to B8; B9 moves the divider stick while eating fish 6:22:30; D in FD w/fish head 6:45:05; B9 talks to D while B8 gets up 6:45:28 & B8 hops to RB; B8 flap/hops to LB 6:46:06; B8 PS 6:46:40 then wingercises. Cam 1 reset 9:16:24pm. After looking around for a while, D starts on the fish head and feeds B9 while h/s is still laying down 7:04:47; little nuthatch? on right side of nest 7:14:53; B9 gets up 7:21:45; B9 ps 7:21:56; B9 to RB 7:22:29; moves farther up RB 7:22:57; Moves almost out of cam view 7:23:55; out of view 7:25:03; B9 continues chirping from the RB to dad as he works on the fish; B9 stretches a foot into view 7:35:36; D to LB 7:41:15; D out 7:41:26; B9 hops to nest and lays down 8:04:05; B8 ps 8:44:07; B8 hops to nest 8:44:16; IR comes on 8:48:19.

Looks like B8 spent the night perched on right rail; B8 PS 5:55:19, wing flaps, comes down to nest; B9 up 6:36:37, PS 6:39:31, wing flaps; B8 up 6:41:51, stretches, wingercizes; B9 plays w/nestovers 6:43:08; B8 wingercizes 6:43:10; B9 scratches head 6:44:10; B8 hops up to Y 6:48:00, eats a bug, back to nest 6:50:34, plays w/nestovers; tug-o-war 6:51:45; B9 tries to snatch leftover from B8 6:52:54 & B8 gives him what for; B9 steps up on right Y-branch 6:55:28; IR light off 6:56:12; B9 head scratch 6:58:26 while B8 attacks nestover; B9 hops down to nest 6:59:42 to see what B8 is doing; B9 hops to Y-nook 7:00:51; B's continue to amuse themselves; B8 up to RYB 7:25:03, to nest 7:25:32, wing spread 7:26:33, to LYB 7:26:39, hops down to nest 7:27:51 wingercizes; B's waiting for a P to show up 7:52:55; M in FD w/squirrel 8:59:24, eating & feeding, one B off on his own self-feeding; B-left PS 9:09:05; Per Jerri - B9 ? ps 9:20:00; M out LYB 9:25:57; the babies are well fed! 9:41:01 B9 decides to cover 8 with a stick! He is patient about it for a few minutes then stands up leaving 9 with a mouthful of stick! B to the LYB 9:46:55; 1:46:05 babies squeezing for what Mom, Dad, Food? Per Jani - M in FD w/squirrel 12:13:42; B9 claims it and guards it. Not sure what to do with it, nibbles on it…lol; B8 wing flapps and goes to LB 12:24:57; M starts preparing the squirrel 12:27:36; B9 gets some sketti 12:29:56; B8 hops to nest to get fed 12:39:24; B8 steals squirrel from M 12:41:00; M grabs it back and continues to feed B9 12:41:06; B8 plays tug-o-squirrel w/M 12:44:11 and gets it; M takes it back and feeds B8 12:44:18; B8 gets a bigger piece and takes it to self feed 12:47:10; B8 goes to Y nook 12:56:58; B8 ps 12:59:16; B9 tried to tug squirrel from M 1:04:58; Tug-o-war btw M&B9 1:05:41; M tries to swallow pelt again but brings it back out 1:11:09; Swallows most of pelt 1:11:58; B9 grabs a piece and self feeds 1:12:49; M to LB 1:14:45; M out 1:14:58; Cam 1 reset 4:25pm. (56 & 54 days) - EARLY MORN: M flies in & lands on LB 1:25:42am; M vocal, talking to D? 1:30:35am; B9 talks softly to M 1:32:22; M jumps to nest 1:33:11, looks around & vocalizes some more 1:33:23 (doesn't sound like an alert); M chirps one more time 1:35:15; B8 gets up 1:36:28; B9 stretches wing 1:37:27 then also gets up 1:37:38 & PS 1:37:58; B9 lays back down 1:41:50 & beak-kisses w/B8; B8 lays back down 1:42:50; M jumps & wing slaps (Rocky?) 3:08:27 & wakes babies; B9 gets up 3:09:42 & stretches, PS 3:10:02, then preens; M calls to D 3:11:26, B8 stays up w/M; B9 moves a pinecone 3:34:36 & a stick 3:34:42 & finally settles down 3:35:41 at the same time B8 gets up; B8 stretches but steps on B9 (who voices displeasure) 3:36:00; B8 lays back down 3:39:37 and B9 gets back up; babies up 3:44:00; B8 lays back down 3:44:35; B9 finally lays back down 4:21:49; B9 back up 4:56:37 & wakes M 4:57:17; B8 gets up 4:58:55 then settles back down 4:59:35 & B9 settles at 5:00:37. Early morning PS by one of the kids 6:00:02am; M wing flaps & moves to RB & flaps some more 6:00:21; M rouses, flaps & preens 6:01:16; M back to nest 6:06:50; one kid wants to get under M, but she's busy beak-plowing 6:08:50; M PS 6:09:31; M takes a nap 6:18:22; M wakes up 7:28:48; M crop drop several times 7:36:22-7:38:15; M to RB 7:39:58 & out 7:40:09; S/C#1- D in via RB 7:47:25; IR light off 7:47:51; D to nest 7:47:57; D pulls out leftovers 7:48:06 & eats; B9 sneaks up a bit, but B8 gives him a dirty look & gets the first bite 7:49:08, so B9 has a healthy PS at 7:49:19 instead; B9 snatches a bite 7:50:58; B8 is struggling w/a big bite 7:56:55, so B9 gets fed; B8 nips at B9's butt 7:59:33; B9 leaves the table 7:59:53; both kids lie down 8:00:17, so D eats; D to LB 8:03:58 & out 8:04:32; D in to LB 8:23:11; S/C#2-M in to LB w/coot 8:25:36; D to nest after M wing flaps 8:25:56 & M to nest w/coot; D jumps back on LB 8:26:06 & out 8:26:27 while M defeathers coot & starts feeding breakfast; B8 gets fed first 8:30:03; B8 backs away from the table & sits on B9 in the process 8:35:29; B8 PS 8:36:25; M feeds B9 8:36:27; M downs a bite 8:46:26; B9 PS 8:47:40; B8 nips at coot foot 8:48:04; M beak plows around the kids 8:50:00; kids resting through 9:38:00; B9 ps 9:43:22; M to LB 9:43:42; M out 9:43:58; S/C#3-D in LB at 10:06:20 w/coot; starts feeding B8 10:07:16; B9 PS 10:13:19; B9 moves to the pantry as B8 moves away from food 10:15:13; B9 eats 10:15:27; babies do some wingersizing; M in FD w/pine branch over top of babies and lands at back of nest 10:21:58; D moves away from pantry to do some nestorations as M continues to feed B9 10:22:14; S/C#4-D to RB 10:25:07; D out 10:25:21; Babies settle down for nap 10:30:28; B8 ps 11:17:35; B9 ps 11:30:23; M feeds B8 12:42:45: B8 ps 12:49:58; M to LB 12:53:55; M out 12:54:05; S/C#5-D in to LB 12:56:02; D to nest to nibble in pantry 1:44:30; D feeds B8 1:45:28; B9 starts eating 1:52:04; B8 ps 1:52:07; Feeding over and babies settle down for a nap after B9 ps 2:11:44; S/C#6-M in to LB 2:44:42; D walks onto RB 2:48:18; D out toward back 2:48:46; M to nest 2:54:04; Feeds B8 2:54:39; B8 swallows a coot foot 2:55:16; B8 does a ps onto M's chest 2:56:41; M works on pine branch 3:07:21; moves it to the left side of the nest; M settles down next to babies 3:12:22; M crop drop 3:35:10; M gets up to move pine stick 3:35:34; B9 ps 3:42:56; M to LB 3:54:22; M out 3:55:22; M in to LB 4:38:31; M to nest 4:38:53; M swallows coot foot 5:17:27; M feeds B9 5:18:18; B9 swallows a bone 5:22:49; M swallows rest of that nestover 5:31:53; B9 pecks at a piece 5:32:43; B9 plays with a piece wondering what to do with it 5:35:39; B8 shows interest in the food and starts eating 5:36:50; B9 moves next to B8 5:51:06; B8 ps 6:51:38; M feeds B8 7:15:14; B8 swallows a big piece of pelt at 7:17:52 and another from 7:20:23 to 7:21:42; Then starts to bring it back up; M to LB 7:22:29; M out 7:22:40; B8 finally gets the pelt down 7:22:56; M in BD w/stick 7:41:56; M rearranges pine stick yet again 7:53:23; B8 was in the stick zone and tries to help 7:55:12; M gives up for now and finds a nestover which B8 takes from her 7:55:55; M digs in bole around babies 7:57:32; IR comes on 8:16:08; M tucks her head 8:22:23.
