2/3/16 - Rainy Days and Mondays (Our favorite eagles got drenched today. Miserable during the night and most of the day. Mom dried to dry off around 10:40 a.m., and Dad arrives very late, but does at least bring Mom a fish. Soundtrack: “Rainy Days and Mondays,” Somewhere in Time,” and “When You Believe.”)
2/14/16 - Happy B6 Day (B6 hatched 7:34 p.m. Pips, fish, chirps, and more. Dad brings fish for breakfast, but Mom wasn’t interested. Chatters swear they can hear and see two pips. Dad brings in an afternoon fish with an intruder following. Most precious thing ever, Mom tries to feed Dad. First glimpse of B6. Soundtrack: “Time Passes On.”)
2/15/16 - Happy B7 Day (B7 hatched 2:12 p.m. Dad brings in a stick and Mom won’t get up for the first shift change. Mom brings in a fish and Dad won’t get up for the second shift change. A pattern of stubborn P’s emerges. B7 is partially out of the shell at 1:56 p.m., and Dad doesn’t want to get up when Mom arrives several minutes later. Both babies can be seen at 2:55 p.m. B6 gets fed for the first time, and Mom brings in another fish. Not to be out-done, Dad brings in a fish before sundown.) 
2/17/16 - Catastrophe Averted (Scary morning, for sure. Mom accidentally drags one of the babies out of the bole with her talon. Baby seemed stunned for a minute, but then Mom started feeding both babies, and he seemed okay. Dad arrives and wonders what in the heck is going on. Both parents brood the babies together. Very special time.)
2/18/16 - Afternoon Delight (Fish, a BIG Fish, lots of feedings, Mom feeds Dad a few nibbles, babies in food comas, and an itty bitty PS.)
2/19/16 - Wing Slap (Poop shoots, big stick pulled over Mom, fish to eat, bonk fest, lots of feedings, and a wing slap by Mom.)
2/21/16 - Attack of the Pine Cone (Squirrel is eaten morning, noon, and night; Dad perches on back branches; braving the elements; and Mombrella.)
2/22/16 - Rainy Days & Mondays No. 2 (Squirrel is eaten morning, noon, and night; Dad perches on back branches; braving the elements; and Mombrella.)
2/23/16 - Still Soggy (A very soggy and not so gorgeous looking Mom, continues to care for and protect her babies. Dad nibbles on some squirrel; one of the babies almost lands a PS on Dad. Mom brings in some grass and gulps down something in the evening.)
