Bel's Nest Log

Cam 1 stops & then goes to black at 4:03am. Cam 2 & Approach cam are working, but cam 2 is still on Daylight Savings Times. These times are the clock times shown on cam 2, thus 1 hour ahead of "real" time (subtract an hour if you want the "real" eastern time). Per Jani-D in to LYB/nest 08:13:02am (dvr 18:50:xx); M in FD 08:13:14. Per BEL-D to LB 8:18:05am & out 8:18:20; M out BD 8:27:37; D in BD w/fish 9:11:08am; after eating & a little digging, D tests the nest for comfort 9:18:10am; D rearranges a bit then tests again 09:19:01; D out BD 9:22:57; D in BD w/fluff 10:00:09am (dvr 20:37:xx); M in BD w/fluff 10:24:37 (21:02:xx); after staring at something intently, both get back to bowl-dozing 10:40:18am; M out BD 10:55:50; M in BD w/stick 11:03:53; D takes charge of M's stk 11:04:09; D to RB 11:29:43 & out 11:30:11; D in FD w/stick 11:46:30am (22:24:xx); D plows into M trying to get his stick to the nest 11:46:49, D loses stick 11:46:56. A little "beakering" at 12:04:33pm. Cam 1 reset 11:10-still blacked out (so still on Cam 2 times); M to LB 12:13:54pm & out 12:14:09; M in FD w/log 12:20:41pm; D puts log at BD 12:21:50 ; M out BD 12:33:09; D out BD 12:33:49. D in BD w/stk 12:47:48pm & D goes round & round trying find the perfect stick spot 12:48; D to LB 13:08:58 & out 13:10:00…D flew over to M and had a mating session (per JP on the ground). M in FD 15:00:26; D in 15:01:49; M tests the nest bowl/bole 15:05:09; Dad's turn to test it 15:07:35; M scratches an itch while D rearranges a stick 15:08:24; D out BD 15:19:30; D in BD w/big stk 15:21:35; D lays down again 15:32:59; D to RB 15:38:30 & out 15:38:46; D in D w/stk & plows over M to place it 15:43:15; M tests nest bowl 15:44:50; M nips at D's tail feathers 15:45:22-15:45:38; D out BD 15:50:52; M out BD 15:53:30.
